Our Compounding Staff

Kelly Stanley

I have been a pharmacist since 1994 and opened Stanley Pharmacy in 1996 with my wonderful husband Scott. When in high school, I worked as a clerk in a pharmacy in Little Rock. I enjoyed building relationships with people and I loved math and science, so I knew pharmacy would be a great fit. As mother of three, I enjoy owning my own business because we are off on Sundays, so our family and staff can go to church. I also feel blessed to work with a great staff. I feel I offer hope to people for a positive therapeutic outcome.

Kelly Wilkins

I started working at Stanley Pharmacy in August 2005. Having a friend in pharmacy school made me interested in the pharmacy profession. As a result, I started pharmacy school in 1989 and graduated in 1993. Since then, I have worked in lots of different types of pharmacies – hospitals, home i.v. pharmacy, and retail pharmacies. Since working for Stanley Pharmacy, I have come to love the Compounding side of pharmacy. I love working for Scott and Kelly, who are old friends from pharmacy school. I really like the fact that this is a specialty pharmacy. It is interesting to work with the bioidentical hormones and alternative/natural medications. By listening to our patients, evaluating them, and then working with their physician, we can make a big impact on their symptoms and problems. We try to address the whole patient and not just one specific symptom or problem. It is so nice when a patient can experience relief of pain or other problems from the medication we make for them.

Samantha Clutter

Pharmacy Technician

I have work at Stanley Pharmacy since March 2010. I have lived in Searcy since 2007, and I enjoy the small town community and enjoy getting to know some of the people by working at Stanley's. I also enjoy getting the opportunity to help others.

Danielle Waters

Pharmacy Technician

After almost 10 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a hospital setting, I joined Stanley Pharmacy Compounding Center in the spring of 2013.  I have always enjoyed my time in the pharmaceutical field and have gained a great appreciation for compounding customer tailored medication.  I have been blessed with two rowdy boys and one funny little girl.  My spare time is spent at various sports games, watching the latest super hero movies, and having tea parties.

I have worked for Stanley for over a year and love that coming into work feels like coming to work with family. What makes Stanley different is that we go out of our way to make the patients feel like they are part of the family. We always give them personalized care. I love seeing patients happy when I remember who they are when they come in. It makes them know that they are not just part of a big corporate pharmacy.

Kaki Bartlett

Case Manager

I have worked here since July of 2018. My favorite part about working here is talking to the patients and getting to know them. I also really love the work environment here, everyone works very well together and is always willing to help each other when needed. I enjoy spending time with my kids and my family when I am not at work. I have two beautiful children, my daughter Kealee is 12 and my son Kian just turned one.

Stanley is different from any other pharmacy because we can compound medications to specifically fit the patients needs.

After marrying my high school sweetheart and graduating pharmacy school, I worked at an independent pharmacy.  After a short time, I joined a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company where I gained experience in marketing and sales leadership.  I was blessed to have the opportunity to coach and develop over 40 sales representatives.  After 18 years, I began to employ my experiences as a business owner and became a co-owner of Stanley Pharmacy Compounding Center.  I am a Christian father of two daughters, who loves Crossfit and admits to being a terrible bowler.

I graduated from UAMS in 2006 and have experience in several pharmacy environments. I enjoy compounding because of its connection to pharmacy’s roots. It reminds me of the past where the druggist had bottles of chemicals and would prepare capsules, creams, and elixirs to meet the needs of his customer. Every day is different and full of variety. The staff are great here at Stanley because they truly care about the patient’s wellbeing My wife and two kids have felt very welcomed here in Searcy.

Christina Watkins

Soon after graduating pharmacy school from UAMS College of Pharmacy in 2016 I began working at Stanley Pharmacy Compounding Center and Specialty Pharmacy. I have enjoyed the growth and challenges presented with working in a pharmacy that provides a variety of services. While every day is new, fun, and challenging I enjoy helping and forming relationships with patients the most. When I’m not working I love to be at home with my family. I live in Cabot with my husband and two children.

Jessica Harmon

Sales Specialist

After graduating with a master's degree in business administration, I joined a Fortune 500 company in the transportation industry as their market development manager. After several years of business to business sales, I decided to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry. I worked for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies for over seven years, promoting a variety of products ranging from respiratory to diabetes. I joined Stanley Compounding Center in May of 2014 and am very excited about promoting our vast portfolio of compounds to help improve patients' health. I am blessed to be married to my best friend, step-mom to two amazing teenagers, and "momma" to my precious Chihuahua "Lady." I love spending time with my family camping, hunting, and fishing. (Well, maybe not fishing, but hey, it sounded good)!
